These terms govern your use of buyphytomemone.com and any purchase made through it. The store is operated by Wexford Botanical Group, LLC, 1140 Nixon Ridge Drive, Suite 210, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. Using the site means you accept them; if you do not, please do not use the site.
Who may order
You must be at least 18 years old and shipping to a United States address. Orders that do not meet both conditions are cancelled and refunded.
Product information
We describe Phytomem One as accurately as we are able, using the printed label and the manufacturer's published information. Where a figure is not published, such as milligram amounts per tablet, we say so rather than estimate. Photographs are representative; label design and bottle appearance can change between production runs without notice.
Health claims
Phytomem One is a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine, it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should be read as a medical opinion about you. Statements made about the product have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Prices, orders and stock

Returns

You may not republish, scrape or resell the content, or use the brand name in a domain, advertisement or listing without written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not permit that limitation.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and the state and federal courts sitting in Washtenaw County, Michigan, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
