Getting Phytomem One to you, and back if it is not for you

Phytomem One ships from our warehouse in Michigan to United States addresses only. Orders placed before 2pm ET go out the same business day and the rest leave the next. Standard delivery runs three to seven business days from dispatch.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on the three and six bottle packages. The two bottle package carries a small shipping fee, shown in the total at checkout before you enter payment details. We do not add handling charges, insurance charges or anything else after the fact.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the label, normally within a few hours of dispatch. If it has not appeared by the following morning, look in the spam folder first and then write to us with your order number and we will resend it.

If a parcel is late or does not arrive

Carrier delays happen, particularly around public holidays. If tracking has not moved for five business days, do not wait it out: email [email protected] with your order number and we will send a replacement. We do not ask you to open a claim with the carrier first, and we do not charge for the replacement.

If tracking says delivered and nothing arrived, tell us within seven days. In our experience it has usually gone to a neighbour or behind a gate, but if it has not, we replace it.

Returns and the 60-day guarantee

You have 60 days from the delivery date to change your mind about Phytomem One, and it applies to opened bottles as well as sealed ones. The steps are these.

1. Email or call us and ask for a return authorisation. Have your order number to hand.
2. We reply with the return address and a reference to write on the parcel.
3. Post back every bottle you still have, including the empties. Return postage is yours to pay.
4. Once the parcel reaches us, the purchase price goes back to the original payment method within five business days.

We do not charge a restocking fee and we do not ask why you are returning it, although we read the answer with interest when you volunteer one. The full refund policy has the formal wording.

One safety note. We will never email or telephone you to ask for a card number, a CVV code or a bank login, and no legitimate refund needs any of those. If a message claiming to be from Phytomem One asks for them, it is not from us. Forward it to us and delete it.
