Who makes Phytomem One

Phytomem One is formulated and sold by Wexford Botanical Group, LLC, a company registered in Michigan and working out of Ann Arbor since 2018. There is no parent conglomerate above us and no white-label operation behind us. If something goes wrong with your order, the person who answers is on our payroll.

It started with a caregiver, not a chemist

The company was founded by two people who met through a caregiver support group in Washtenaw County. One of them had spent eleven years formulating botanical supplements for other people's brands and had grown tired of watching good raw material get buried inside proprietary blends. The other was three years into caring for a parent and had bought, by her own count, fourteen different memory formulas off pharmacy shelves without once being able to tell what she was actually giving him.

That second experience is the one that shaped the company. The complaint was never that the products did not work. It was that there was no way to find out. Labels hid amounts behind blend totals, the seller was a marketplace account with no address, and the refund window closed before anyone could reasonably have known whether the thing helped.

What we set out to fix

Three decisions came out of that, and all three still hold.

One tablet a day. The regimens people abandon are the ones that ask for four capsules across two mealtimes. We took the harder formulation route so that the routine would be the easy part.

Name every ingredient. Phytomem One does not use a proprietary blend. All ten actives are printed individually. We would rather be asked why the milligram amounts are not published, and answer honestly that the manufacturer does not release them, than hide behind a blend total and hope nobody looks.

Sixty days, not fourteen. A formula meant to be judged at the two-month mark cannot honestly be sold with a two-week return window. The guarantee had to outlast the timeline, or it was decoration.

Why we sell direct and nowhere else

We sell Phytomem One from this store only. Not on Amazon, not through pharmacies, not through distributors. Every proposal we have had from a marketplace reseller has come with the same two problems: we lose sight of how the stock is stored, and we lose the ability to refund a customer we cannot identify. A guarantee we cannot honour is worse than no guarantee at all, so the answer stays no.

The practical consequence for you is that the price on this page is our price, and that anything sold elsewhere under this name is not ours.

What we will not say

We will not tell you Phytomem One treats a disease, because it does not and saying so would be illegal as well as dishonest. We will not invent a clinical trial. We will not put a doctor's face on the homepage who has never seen the formula. And we will not publish a milligram figure we cannot stand behind.
